We want every piece to feel right. Eligible items may be requested for return within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery.
Eligible pieces
- Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from scent, marks, or damage.
- Returned with original tags, hygiene seals, and packaging intact.
- Requested from the delivered order in your account within the stated return window.
Pieces we cannot accept
For hygiene and fairness, bodysuits, intimate items, pierced jewellery, altered pieces, final-sale items, and anything returned without its original condition are not eligible unless faulty when received.
How to request a return
- Open your orders, choose the delivered order, then select Request a return.
- Choose each piece and quantity coming back, then tell us the reason.
- Wait for return approval and instructions before sending anything.
- Pack the approved item carefully and use the provided return method.
- After inspection, an approved refund returns through the original payment route. Bank processing times can vary.
